Parliament was yesterday forced to break off early due to lack of quorum. Temporary Speaker Ekwee Ethuro postponed the sessions to Tuesday after he was informed that the house lacked quorum. Chepalungu MP Isaac Rutto complained to the Speaker that MPs were handling crucial matters without a quorum. This comes barely three days after the lawmakers resumed the sittings after a one-month break. The House could not garner the minimum 30 members required for business to be transacted. The ringing of the bell to call MPs back to the chambers did not make the situation better...
