The National Housing Corporation may reposes 212 houses belonging to individuals with accumulated arrears running to millions of shillings in a tenant purchase buy out arrangement. In a paid up advertisement in the media, the corporation warns that the 212 individuals have up to December 22 to pay the arrears of the purchase price in full failure to which the houses would be repossessed. “ Purchase agreements would be rescinded and the houses would be offered to other deserving Kenyans on new terms to be specified,” NHC Managing Director, Peter Njuguna said...
