Kidero wants city drainage unclogged

Nairobi governor Evans Kidero has ordered the drainage of rain waters from the roads. Since the onset of the long rains about a fortnight ago, city motorists and pedestrians have had to endure flooded roads and sidewalks which have caused major traffic snarl-ups. Kidero said he had ordered the Nairobi water company management and county staff to unclog manholes to ease the drainage problem.
