KISII ODM secretary James Ongwae yesterday raised concern over the poor turnout by residents in the ongoing voter registration. Ongwae said the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission should conduct massive civic education to encourage Kenyans to register before the December 18 deadline. “I don’t think IEBC will meet its 18 million voter target if the trend continues,” Ongwae, who is contesting the Kisii governor seat, said.
