As KCPE starts today, visually challenged candidates are crying foul over certain anomalies in setting of exam questions. Kenya Union of the Blind Chairman Upper Western Branch Alex Ekirapa, said the style that KNEC applies in setting some questions disadvantages the blind. "Some diagrams are drawn differently from how they appear on braille. A candidate using braille will automatically fail when answering the accompanying questions," he said.
