Residents in blackouts fury

Residents of Bunyala in Busia have decried frequent power outage which has led to losses by business operators. A resident who runs a shop in Port Victoria township, John Ouma, told The Star they have been receiving power three days a week. Ouma said perishable goods such as vegetables, meat and fish that are normally refrigerated have gone to waste.
