TALKS between the government and brokerage firms on implementation modalities of the five per cent tax on net gains from sale of shares and bonds have been postponed indefinitely, it emerged yesterday. The Kakamega government has set aside Sh400 million to revamp polytechnics. Most of the 45 polytechnics in the county are in a poor state and do not have enough instructors.
