A Subukia couple claiming to be the parents of the late Internal Security minister George Saitoti’s son Zachary Musengi has been barred from contacting him. In an order signed before High Court judge Isaack Lenaola Sebastian Maina Ngunju, his wife Elizabeth Njeri and Saitoti's widow agreed that no criminal case will be filed to question Musengi’s paternity. This comes after a recent police report ruled out allegations that Musengi was kidnapped when he was a child.
