Nineteen striking nurses were yesterday charged in a Kibera court with creating disturbance and causing malicious damage. First to appear in the dock were two officials of the Kenya National Nurses Association Jeremiah Maina Waitha and Jospitus Makokha who were charged damaging three doors at Mbagathi Hospital on December 7, 2013 The wooden doors were valued at Sh 21,000.
