Twenty five people have died in road accidents reported between Christmas Eve and Boxing day compared to 42 deaths during the same period last year. Traffic Commandant Benson Kibue yesterday said stiff penalties on motorists and serious crackdown on traffic offenders has caused the reduction in road carnage.
