A Nairobi court yesterday ordered three young men suspected to be members of the al Shabaab terror group to be remanded in police custody until December 31 . Senior principal magistrate Lucy Mbugua remanded Abdikefi Ahmed, Salah Ashur and Abdirizak Yusuf at the Kilimani police station for three days to enable detectives to complete investigations. This followed an application by chief inspector D. Mwiranga that the police need more time to complete the investigations because they believe that the suspects, who are Somali nationals, are also members of the terror group...
