Efforts to reconstitute the Public Service Commission yesterday suffered a setback when it emerged that the Office of the Prime minister was not involved in the nomination process. The joint committee on Labour and Social Welfare and Administration National Security failed to table its report on the nominees as ordered by the Speaker last week arguing that Office of the Prime Minister had disowned the list.
