MORE than 67 passengers sought refuge at Marich Pass police station after their bus was stoned by protestors on the Kitale-Lodwar highway in West Pokot county. The windows of the bus were shattered by residents who barricated the highway on Thursday. The residents were protesting insecurity between West Pokot and Turdana counties. Passengers were ordered out of the bus as protestors searched the vehicle for any suspected raiders on board.
