PUBLIC Health and Sanitation minister Beth Mugo has asked Kenyans to build latrines to stop infectious diseases. More than 8 million Kenyans have no access to toilets while a child dies from a disease caused by poor sanitation every fifteen minutes. Mugo was speaking at Sikinga Primary School in Nambale district during the celebrations to mark the World Toilets Day on Monday.
