A flower farm worker in Naivasha was yesterday arrested for skipping his TB medication. The middle-aged man, who has been suffering from the disease for two years, was arrested by public health officers and the police. He was accused of failing to take medication and infecting three members of his family with the disease. Naivasha district public health officer Samuel King’ori said the man is being held at the Naivasha police station and will be arraigned in court today. “It’s illegal to default TB medication which is given free in government health facilities,” he said...
