President Kibaki is expected in Kwale county today to commission the ultra-modern Matuga Conference Centre at the Kenya School of Government Matuga formerly referred to as Government Training Institute(GTI). Presidential Press Service media alert said the head of state is scheduled to arrive at 10am for the function and will be received by dignitaries who will include MP Chirau Ali Mwakwere.
