Car firm rejects orders on continued deal with CMC motors

Jaguar Land Rover Exports has declined to remain in a distributorship agreement with CMC motors. Jaguar, in its court documents, states that it should not be forced to remain in an agreement it has terminated in accordance with the contractual requirements. Jaguar asked the court no to force it to continue its relations with CMC which has "not only performed below par but failed to make necessary investments in the brands and repeatedly breached its contractual obligations".
