The High Court has adopted the appointment of a surveyor to quantify two prime plots in Nairobi owned by former MP Gerishon Kirima. Justice Isaac Lenaola accepted the Geometric Survey Ltd to survey the two properties in Njiru and Embakasi. The judge gave the firm 21 days to carry out the survey. Lenaola said the contract by the surveyor shall be approved by all the parties and deposited in court upon execution.
