CIC appeals ruling on presidential losers

THE Commission on the Implementation of the Constitution as moved to the Court of Appeal to bar political parties from submitting presidential losers in the list of persons to be considered for nomination. In the notice of appeal filed yesterday , CIC says that it is dissatisfied with the ruling delivered by Justice David Majanja one week ago.
