Labour minister John Munyes has gone to court seeking to stop the Director of Public Prosecutions and the police from charging him with incitement to violence over the Baragoi killings. The minister filed an urgent application at the High Court yesterday claiming that the DPP’s move to have him arrested and prosecuted for allegations of incitement arising from utterances he made concerning the Baragoi killings "is ambiguous, without any reasonable excuse and a violation of his constitutional rights"...
