I’m a firm believer in paying workers well. As long as they are making the money, the appropriate rewards should follow. Unfortunately I only really have a say when it comes to my personal employees; ie my house-girl and heaven knows she doesn’t deserve more money! But it is with this belief that I don’t understand how Arsenal cannot strike a deal with Theo Walcott. Shouldn’t it be plain and simple? What is your value to the team? How much is that worth? What are the pros and cons of him leaving Arsenal? What are the pros and cons of him going to a direct competitor like Manchester United?...
