THE Tailors and Textiles Union has denied abandoning its membership in Cotu for the newly registered Public Service Trade Union. Secretary general Joel Chebii said claims of workers defection to Pusetu are cheap propaganda. He was speaking during a press conference in Nairobi yesterday. Chebii said the union remains under Cotu for the long haul. “The Textiles Union is firmly in Cotu and we shall support Francis Atwoli to the end,” he said.
