A FORMER manager with Barclays Bank has sued the institution for reducing his lumpsum amount when he retired a decade ago. Wilfred Mutua wants the bank to pay him Sh58 million saying it deliberately and erroneously understated what was due to him when he retired. Under a certificate of urgency, Mutua says he was paid Sh2.7 million when he retired in 2003 plus a monthly pension of Sh45,799.
