A college student was yesterday charged in a Nairobi court with impersonating Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo. Jackson Siro, a student at the Tecnical Training Institute, pleaded guilty to impersonating the police boss by creating a Facebook page in the name of Inspector General David Kimaiyo Mwole and posting messages through it. Siro was charged with causing annoyance, inconvenience and needless anxiety to Kimaiyo.
