More than 10,000 people displaced by bandits in Marigat have been hit by disease outbreaks. The people, who include 400 children, are seeking refuge at the St Martins Catholic Church where they are living in camps. Human rights activist Harun ole Mpaka said the government has failed to supply relief food and medicine to the victims.
