MANAGERS of Kwale International Sugar Company risk arrest after they disobeyed a court order restraining them from encroaching on disputed land in Msambweni. Mombasa High Court judge Edward Muriithi directed the plaintiffs' lawyer Christine Kipsang to apply for contempt of court against the the sugar company. “The company, despite stay orders, brought 10 trucks to demolish my clients properties,” said Kipsang.
