THE Nairobi county assembly will adjourn its business on Tuesday and instead discuss the conduct of Transport executive Evans Ondieki if he fails to appear before the Transport, Roads and Infrastructure Committee. Committee members led by chairperson Diana Kapeen said they have summoned Ondieki eight times and he has ignored them.
