TWO businessmen have clashed over a disputed land on which lies the prestigious Diamond Plaza in Nairobi. Mandatali Chatur has accused Sultan Khimji, the CEO of Fidelity bank, of blackmail after he sought to cancel the lease agreement they both executed on the said land. However, Commercial judge Alfred Mabeya barred the bank from disposing the disputed plot after Khimji threatened to put the land up for sale.
