Seventy seven young men of Somali origin were yesterday brought before a Kibera court for the hearing of their extortion and causing disturbance charges. However, the hearing did not take off as the prosecution said the police file had not been availed to them. The prosecutor said they have not bonded the witnesses who will testify in the case. He asked the court for more time for the Starehe CID boss to provide necessary instructions for the case.
