Turkana's top KCPE student wants to be a Neurosurgeon. Jeff Ogada, who scored 408 marks out of the possible 500, attributed his exemplary performance to hard work and inspiration. “When my name was read by the Education minister, I dashed to school where I was joined by teachers and pupils in celebrating my good performance," he said.
