A student in Kilifi has asked Education Minister Mutula Kilonzo to take action against a teacher who did not register her for last year's KCPE. Fourteen-year-old Betty Mwende, who was a student at St Catherine’s Barack Obama and Michelle Obama Academy in Mtwapa, was not ranked yesterday as her headteacher, Catherine Ogolla, failed to register her and 36 of her classmates for the exams.
