All work and no play may make Jack a dull boy, so the saying goes. But for Newlite Academy in Komarock which emerge top in last year's KCSE exams, this is not true. The headteacher, Dickson Njeru, said he teaches his pupils to be "the most dedicated bookworms”. The school on the outskirts of Nairobi emerged position one countrywide and produced the number nine pupil.
