The Cord legal team led by Siaya Senator James Orengo is expected to move to court this morning to petition the court for a revision of the bail terms against its blogger Seth Odongo. Odongo, who uses pseudonym, Dikembe Disembe on his blog and social media accounts, is facing charges of hate speech and was remanded on Friday after a Nairobi Magistrate’s court awarded him Sh2.5 million bail.
