Two people have been arrested in connection with the recent killings in Hindi, Lamu county. Chege Kimani and Swaleh Aumi were arrested by a special team of police officers deployed in the area to probe the bloody attacks that have left more than 90 people dead. They were flown to Mombasa under tight security and were handed over to the CID and anti-terror police officers. The suspects, who are being held at Port police station, are believed to have participated in the murder of more than nine people on July 6.
