GOVERNORS are reading mischief in the national government's "decision to underfund" health sector, chairman of the Council of Governors Isaac Ruto has said. In the council's official Twitter account yesterday, Ruto said the underfunding is a plot to revert the health services to the national government. “We wish to express our dissatisfaction to the Sh1.8 billion allocated to regional hospitals.
