THE Industrial Court has extended conservatory orders barring Kenya Airways from entering into an agreement with a newly registered union. Justice Nzioki wa Makau of the court yesterday extended the orders until the case is heard on July 30 and 31. In a ruling he made on Monday, he said the Collective Bargaining Agreement between KQ and Kenya Aviation Workers Union No 48 of 2014 will stay. In the case Aviation and Airports Workers Union, through lawyer Okweh Achiando, moved to court early in the month to stop KQ from entering into any agreement with Kawu.
