Crown Paints has started a recruitment drive for painters who will be trained and equipped at a cost of Sh40 million. The NSE-listed paint manufacturer is targeting 200 painters by end of the year, according to chief executive Rakesh Rao. A cumulative 3,000 painters will be trained and equipped over the next three years. "Recruitment will be done in all major cities countrywide," he said.
