NAROK Governor Samuel Tunai has said non-performing county executives will be replaced by individuals who can deliver. He said he is closely working with and monitoring them to ensure they deliver. Tunai was speaking at a meeting with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Transmara subcounty members in Kilgoris town on Monday.
