KAJIADO Governor David Nkedianye yesterday picked John Loisa as his chief of protocol. Loisa, who is the Kajiado Central CDF chairman, received his appointment letter in the morning. He immediately took over his new office at the Kajiado county government offices. Loisa’s new appointment will see him organise Nkedianye’s trips locally and internationally and manage his private and public functions. Loisa lost the Dalalekutuk ward seat in the last election to James Lesere. The Kampala University graduate is currently a Master in Education student at the University of Nairobi.
