Presidential hopeful on RBK ticket James Kiyiapi has promised to declare youth unemployment a national disaster if elected president. Kiyiapi said he will do so within three months of ascending to the presidency. He challenged President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga to do this before he does it.
