FOR the first time, Ceaser Thiari, Mukurwe-ini MP Kabando wa Kabando’s brother has revealed why he killed his mother Rose Wachera. Thiari had just appeared in a Mukurwe-ini court over murder charge of Wachera yesterday when he told police that he would like to speak to the media. “Tell me when you are ready.
