AN ATTEMPT by former Nairobi mayor John Ndirangu to quash recommendations for his disqualifications from holding public office was yesterday dismissed. Justice George Odunga said the petition lacks merit unless Ndirangu shows that his rights have been contravened. The former mayor, nominated to contest the Embakasi Central parliamentary seat on a TNA ticket, moved to court seeking to quash the recommendations by the Commission on the Administration of Justice to the IEBC saying he was denied the chance to give his side of the story...
