Five youth polytechnics in Nakuru and Baringo are set to benefit from Information Communication Technology infrastructure costing more than Sh7 million. Speaking during the launch at Njoro Youth Polytechnic yesterday, Help Mission Development Service director, Josephine Sindavi said the program will involve adult-education classes with the aim of enhancing computer literacy among rural folk.
