The High Court has cleared Transport minister Amos Kimunya, his assistant minister Hassan Joho. Gichuki Mugambi was also cleared to vie in the March 4 poll. A three judge bench delivered the ruling today, but the reasons behind the judges’ decision will be made public on Tuesday next week.
