The Usalama Reform Forum lobby group has today released a report which states that there are 73 illegal organised gangs and 6000 police officers with known criminal behaviour spread across the country. The lobby group has said that some of these gangs and officers are linked to politicians and are likely to be used to cause chaos in the upcoming elections on March 4.
