Two men have been charged by a Nakuru court for the theft of fuel at the Kenya Pipeline depots. Evans Matimu and Peter Kinuthia denied the charges before Nakuru senior principal Magistrate Louise Komingoi. Matimu and Kinuthia were charged that on October 26 they stole 31,000 litres of diesel belonging to Mohammed Ismail and valued at Sh2,582,300. They were released on Sh500,000 bond with one surety or a cash bail of Sh200,000. The case will be heard on December 18.
