A middle-aged man was yesterday charged in a Nakuru court for forging a title deed and obtaining money through false pretence. Samson Kabutie denied the charge of forging the tittle to the land at Miti Mingi Mbaruk. Kabutie is facing another charge of processing a document with intentions to deceive on unknown dates in Nakuru Township. Nakuru senior principal magistrate Loise Komingoi released him on a Sh300,000 bond with one surety. The case will be heard on December 28.
