SEVEN former employees of an NGO have moved to court seeking more than Sh68.6 million in terminal dues. The Plan International Inc former senior staff said they were declared redundant and their positions advertised, contrary to labour laws. They said they were discriminated against by new country director Carol Sherman, an Australian who worked as country representative of Care International-Zimbabwe office.
