Midiwo slams two ward reps

GEM: MP Jakoyo Midiwo has criticised two MCAs over development issues. He accused Fred Ouda (Central Gem) and Nicholas Were( North Gem) of boycotting meetings. “We need to partner as leaders for the benefit of our people. The two leaders have refused to cooperate in their respective wards,” Midiwo said. He threatened to mobilise locals and collect signatures to impeach the two if they do not change their ways.
