Devolution has brought sanity into the Kenya's judiciary system, the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board has said. Board deputy chair Roseline Odede yesterday said the achievements by county governments in the last one-and-a-half years are commendable. Speaking after paying a courtesy call to Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong, Odede said she was impressed to find seven equipped ambulances bought by the county government.
